Public offer

The "IMAN" application provides users with the following opportunities:

* Purchase of goods for a period of 1 to 11 months on the basis of an "Offer for the conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement" (ONLINE & OFFLINE);

* Financial leasing of goods for a period of 12 months or more with the condition of payment of rental payments by concluding an "Offer for a contract concluded in the form of financial leasing";

To conclude any transaction on the "IMAN" platform, the user must familiarize himself with the terms of the public offer provided for "IMAN" users on this page and confirm his consent.
The user's familiarization with the terms of the "IMAN" Public Offers and confirmation of his consent is carried out by entering the code received in the form of SMS into the "IMAN" platform.

Depending on the terms selected by the User, the terms of one of the following "IMAN" agreements shall apply to the transaction concluded with him/her:

1) If the User wishes to purchase goods online for a period of 1 to 11 months, the terms of the "Offer for the Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement" (online sales) No. 4 dated February 3, 2025 shall apply.

2) If the User wishes to purchase goods offline for a period of 1 to 11 months, the terms of the "Offer for the Conclusion of a Purchase and Sale Agreement" (offline sales) No. 4 dated February 3, 2025 shall apply.

3) If the User wishes to purchase goods offline for a period of 12 months or more, the terms of the "Offer for the Conclusion of a Contract in the Form of Financial Lease" (offline) No. 3 dated February 3, 2025 shall apply.

4) If the user wishes to receive the goods online for a period of 12 months or more, the terms of the "Offer for a Contract in the Form of Financial Lease" (online) No. 3 dated February 3, 2025 shall apply.
